 अस मानस मानस चख चाही। भइ कबि बुद्धि बिमल अवगाही॥
भयउ हृदयँ आनंद उछाहू। उमगेउ प्रेम प्रमोद प्रबाहू॥5॥

भावार्थ:-ऐसे मानस सरोवर को हृदय के नेत्रों से देखकर और उसमें गोता लगाकर कवि की बुद्धि निर्मल हो गई, हृदय में आनंद और उत्साह भर गया और प्रेम तथा आनंद का प्रवाह उमड़ आया॥5॥

asa mānasa mānasa cakha cāhī. bhai kabi buddhi bimala avagāhī..
bhayau hṛdayaom ānaṃda uchāhū. umagēu prēma pramōda prabāhū..

Having seen the said MŒnasa lake with the mind’s eye and taken a dip into it, the poet’s intellect got purged of all its dross. The heart was flooded with joy and alacrity and a torrent of love and rapture welled from it.
